Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund 

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible returns as outlined in our Returns Policy and the 100 Nights Trial Policy.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as received, and must pass our inspection at the facility.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
  • Any applicable charges, such as return shipping fees, handling fees, or any other charges as per our policies, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the product is found to be in a condition different from that at the time of delivery, or if it does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund request may be denied or subject to additional deductions.
  • Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform, as chosen by You.
  • For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
  • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
  • Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Roma Puf in case of any misuse by Buyer.
  • We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
  • Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
  • Custom-sized products and items that do not meet the return or trial conditions are not eligible for a refund.
  • Products ordered in the wrong size are also not eligible for a refund under the 100 Nights Trial or warranty policies. Freight charges will apply in such cases if a return is accepted.
  • In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding refunds, the company’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Our company is not liable for any delays in refund processing caused by third-party payment gateways or financial institutions.
  • Any issues or delays in refund processing must be resolved directly with the respective payment service provider.

100 Nights Trial of Roma Puf’s Fully Paid Purchased Products

  • The 100 Nights Trial is applicable only to specific products as mentioned on the product page. Custom-sized products are excluded from this trial.
  • To be eligible for a refund under the 100 Nights Trial, the mattress must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • The mattress must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safe return.
  • The 100 Nights Trial is limited to one return per customer and per address. Any additional requests for returns from the same customer or address will not be honored.
  • The return process under the 100 Nights Trial must be initiated within 7 days of deciding to return the product.
  • Once the returned mattress is received at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If approved, the refund process will begin within 4 business days, and the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable charges.
  • Mattresses that are returned in a condition different from how they were delivered or those ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for the 100 Nights Trial refund or any warranty claims. 
  • Customers are advised to carefully check the size and specifications before placing an order. If a wrong size is ordered, any associated freight charges for return will apply.
  • In case of any disputes regarding the 100 Nights Trial, the company's decision will be considered final.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party services, including payment gateways. 
  • Any disputes regarding payment delays must be directed to the respective payment gateway provider.
