Price

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Roma Puf reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.

Delivery

Standard delivery for Roma Puf products is within 4 to 5 days across India and is free.
Delivery of goods will take place at the address entered during the order process. In case you want to change the delivery address after the order is placed and before dispatch, please write an email to care@romapuf.com. Roma Puf will try its best to accommodate this change but this is not guaranteed. Delivery of all product will happen at the front door of the property.
Customer will have to bear the delivery charge in case the delivery is made to a wrong location due to the wrong delivery address entered during order placement.
Goods are only delivered by Roma Puf or by a third party contracted to undertake logistics on our behalf.
For logistical reasons, Roma Puf reserves the right to split shipments.

Payment

Payment for Roma Puf products can be made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.
EMI offer is applicable only with the top banks which have tie-ups with our payment gateway.
You may also choose to pay with cash on delivery.

Force Majeure Event

We will not be liable or take responsibility for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or any other obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission accident or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Product Availability

In case of unavailability of one or more Roma Puf products, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, the customer will be notified by an email or telephone and will be fully refunded.

Offers and Coupons

Roma Puf will introduce offers, discounts and coupon codes on a time-to-time basis and this will be completely at the discretion of the brand. Roma Puf reserves the right to withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification.

Roma Puf discount codes are only available on full purchases, paid upfront. Roma Puf discount codes are not available on orders that use EMI option. Roma Puf cannot take responsibility for discount codes published without permission on third-party websites. Discount codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including an expiry date/time) which will be shared at the point of publication. All discount codes are subject to availability and only one code can be used per order.

100 Nights Trial

Roma Puf offers a 100 Nights Trial for mattresses. You may decide to return your mattress any time before the end of 100 nights if you are not completely satisfied. If you choose to do so, kindly ensure the mattress is safely packaged and returned to our company at the designated address mentioned in the invoice. Please take care and responsibility of the parcel during transit to avoid any potential loss. Once the package is received at our facility in proper and undamaged condition, and it meets all the parameters of our quality control process, we will proceed with the refund process from our end.

100 Nights Trial policy will not be applicable on customized orders.

Returns and Refunds

Please write to care@romapuf.com with your order details to register a return request. Our team will reach out to you for additional details. To further process the return, please share the details required under the returns procedure. We request you to kindly go through the 100 Nights Trial policy as well to be thorough with the procedure.
Roma Puf reserves the right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t fulfil the return criteria.
Please note that returns are applicable only on Roma Puf mattresses.
Roma Puf regrets that it will not be able to process any return request in case of incorrect measurement of the mattress size.
Returns and Refunds policy will not be applicable on customized orders.

Replacements

Roma Puf regrets that it will not be able to process replacement requests in cases where there might have been an incorrect measurement of the mattress size. We highly recommend double-checking the mattress size before placing your order. This simple step will ensure a smoother and more satisfying shopping experience.

Warranty

Product warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise in the product within the specified warranty period from the date of purchase. Such warranty period for your product is mentioned on the specific product page on the website as well as in the product packaging. The inclusions as well as exclusions of the warranty are mentioned on the warranty card. We request you to retain the warranty card for the sake of clarity.

Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at 8510009505. Our customer service representative will guide you through the warranty claim process and may request relevant information, such as proof of purchase and images of the defect. Once your claim is validated, we will, at our discretion process your request. Please note that the warranty claim will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and the resolution will depend on the nature of the defect.

Law and Jurisdiction

All sales and interactions with Roma Puf shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such sales and interaction shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
